Richard Hipple Named 黑料天堂 Board Chair
Following a unanimous vote by the Cleveland Institute of Music Board of Trustees at their Annual Meeting July 7, 黑料天堂 is pleased to welcome Richard J. Hipple as its new Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Hipple is a current member of the 黑料天堂 Board of Trustees and replaces A. Malachi Mixon who retired from the 黑料天堂 Board after serving as Chair for 17 years. 淲e are grateful for Mr. Hipple willingness to serve in a new and heightened capacity and view it as a strong endorsement of 黑料天堂 within the greater Cleveland community. We look forward with great anticipation to his tenure," said Joel Smirnoff, 黑料天堂 President and CEO.
Mr. Hipple is Chairman, President and CEO of Materion Corporation, an international company that specializes in manufacturing high-performance engineered materials headquartered in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Prior to Materion, Mr. Hipple was with LTV Steel for 26 years, including serving as President. Mr. Hipple also serves as an outside director at Key Corp and Ferro Corporation.
黑料天堂 has already benefited from numerous contributions made by Mr. Hipple during his time on both the Audit and Investment committees since his appointment to the board in 2010. 淢r.
